So I have a 5 year old he needs 2 caps put on his teeth and the dentist told me they can give him laughing gas to calm him but if he still doesn’t let them they’ll want to schedule to put him asleep to do it on a different day . Y’all I know my son he’s already terrified of the dentist I pretty much know that he will freak especially once they put the mask over his face he’ll freak Bc he feels like he cannot breath when his mouth or nose is covered period ! even under a blanket . Or in tight spaces he panics . So like I said step 2 they will want to put him to sleep to do what needs to be done . Y’all my baby is 5 and has never been put to sleep I’m freaking out and almost not sure what to do I don’t want my son put to sleep I do not wanna risk him not waking up over getting 2 teeth fixed 😭 .
