Hey I m 7 weeks pregnant and i want to eat tilapia fish. Can I eat it or no?

You can eat fish....just make sure it's not raw (like in sushi) and if you're having trouble getting enough omega 3, just take supplements! I love salmon, but we don't eat it all the time. Sometimes once a week and then not again for a few weeks. So I started taking omega 3 fish oil at 4 weeks.

Yes! I quit eating fish bc of things I'd heard but my doc wants me to have it a couple times of week for the omega 3's! There are certain kind that r safe during pregnancy , just google it.
