Best hospital in Northern VA/ DC area?

To those who live in this area:

I am not thrilled about VA Hospital Center having such a high C-section rate.  Can anyone recommend a hospital in the NoVA area that supports natural births and midwives? Not wanting a birthing center since I'm having twins!

I'm going to the Loudoun Community Midwives in Leesburg. It's attached to Inova Loudoun hospital. I've heard really good things about them!

Fairfax is opening a new women's hospital Jan 2016. Over by INOVA Fairfax. It's supposed to be top of the line and all that jazz.

Shady Grove has a birthing center in Maryland

INOVA fairfax has a fabulous women's hospital. Friends of one with complications went there with great success.

I will likely be using Washington hospital center because I love my doctors.

INOVA has amazing physicians and is a lovely hospital. NEVER go to Reston Hospital for an emergency, both my PCP and podiatrist work there but if you don't know the doctors do not go. I had the worst ER Doctor ever.  I am a triplet and was born at UVA so that isn't NOVA but it's a wonderful place and my mother had a wonderful experience and that was 23 years ago. I love love love Novant Health in Haymarket though, best care ever.
