Gestational sac bleeding

I had my first ultrasound today. My OB originally thought I was at 6 weeks but it looks like I'm earlier than that. The OB told me the u/s tech saw the gestational sac and the yolk but no fetal pole yet. She also told me that there was a little bleeding by the gestational sac. I haven't seen any bleeding and my OB said it's pretty common but I have to take it easy for a few days. Has anyone else had this? I'm pretty nervous about.
