New phone. Everything gone.

I got a new phone. I downloaded the app and signed in. Do keep in mind on my old phone I would rarely sign out. And ALL of my stuff for the past four years is gone. Only things on this app I'm seeing are from 2015 and before. Wow. Just wow. All my posts. All my period tracking last several years. I'm blown away it's all gone.
