First month charting! Help! 🤔
This is my first month charting bbt. Yesterday I noted that my mouth was pretty dry as I must’ve been breathing through my mouth all night and last night I had insomnia (hence the white dot). I’m not happy about having two nights in a row of inconsistencies. Does my chart still seem ok because it’s above the cover line still or am I screwed?!
