50/50 chance for my pregnancy

I tested positive on multiple pregnancy tests during my ovulation times, one doctor at a free clinic confirmed my pregnancy at about 6 weeks based on my February cycle but my ob/gyn at the hospital did a transvaginal ultrasound and said I have a 50/50 chance that this will be a viable pregnancy. He said there’s no way I’m 6 weeks... based on what he saw I’m either too early in pregnancy since there’s a thickening progressing in my lining or I can be having a MC. I will be going every other day this week to do blood work to see if my levels are rising.

I’ve been spotting for a week. I need prayers 🙏🏼 I’ve been TTC for about a year and a half. I’m also high risk due to my high blood pressure and he prescribed me something for pregnant women. I’m trying my hardest to be positive ❤️

I already went through a MC but it was quick, nothing like what I’m going though.
