How many of you had SUCCESFUL IUI with LETROZOLE?

I've done two cycles with Letrizole and ovidrel after 6 months unsuccessful with clomid- and both Letrizole cycles worked!! The first had a random genetic error causing a miscarry, and the second is now 6weeks along. Good luck!

I got pregnant on second cycle of IUI. Took Metformin, Clomid, Gonal-F, and Ovadrel for 6 cycles! I also have PCOS

Well first time trying to and for is working i never had my ovulation test so dark and i dont ovulat

How are you guys handling the Letrizole? I'm supposed to start my first treatment soon with IUI. I've never done IUI before, and am nervous.

Didn't work for me I had 2 IUI with Clomid and 2 with the shots. 👎

I have not done the IUI yet but I've heard it's not too bad.

It was not too bad! I am a bit constipated and have ovary pains. Mood swing a little and a bit depressed.

I'm in the middle of my cycle CD14 I took provera to bring on my period and started letrozole days 3-7 then i got an ultrasound because i had not ovulated at CD13. Today my doc prescribed a higher dose if letrozole because my folicules are tiny and my estrogen is very low. So I'll take it for another 5 days. Next Friday I might be able to do my IUI.
