I myself personally wouldn't take anything unless consulting my doctor. If they gave you the go ahead, good luck!

It helped me.. You take it by mouth and pop a hole in the capsule and insert high into your vagina one or two of them. And ask for a membrane sweep if you are really full term and ready to have the baby. My second sweep I went right into labor with help with those capsules. My labor was only 5 hours start to finish and he is my first child!!

Ugh I keep hearing great stuff this is the first I'm hearing it does not work.  I just didn't know how to take it.  Is it one a night for a few weeks or just s few nights???

U can either insert vaginal or take by mouth I tried both ways. Did absolutely nothing with either pregnancy was just a waste of money.
