Rich play by different rules?

Is there wealth privilege when it comes to being charged with crimes and the way prosecutors treat the alleged offenders?
Or is it simply because they can afford better attorneys?

Yes, I do think the wealthy are treated differently by the court systems. 
I’m not sure this is the best example of that though. It sounds like everyone was offered the same deal. It would be interesting to see how often solicitation charges proceed to trial in this jurisdiction. 
It seems like a waste of resources to me provided that everyone involved is a consenting adult.

I can admit that yes, with wealth comes privilege in many different ways... if you can afford a better attorney then your chances of getting charges dropped or lessened are higher. With any matter that requires an attorney I think you’re better off to hire your own rather than use a state appointed attorney so obviously it’s a privilege to be able to afford it.

Absolutely. My dad is an awful person who gets away with a lot due to his wealth.

Yes. They can afford better attorneys but they're also likely to be better connected and know someone who can pull strings. And they're also more likely to benefit from the judge's preconveived biases

In this case I don’t think it mattered. It says that prosecutors have offered the same deal to all of the other men as well. In many cases though it is for sure a factor. I think better attorneys is one reason for sure
