Im 7weeks and to days, i have had craps just about every day through out the day but lately it feels wors and ill get a sharp shooting once in a while

The shooting pains could be round ligament pain. Welcome to hell my friend, round ligament pain sucks. As for the cramping, period-like cramps are normal in early pregnancy as long as it is not accompanied by bleeding (this also goes vice versa, some spotting in early pregnancy is normal but if you bleed and cramp, you've got a reason to head to the ER.) Anyway! This cramping is the uterus going "oh yes, i should probably so that stretchy thing to accomodate the tiny human."
