Hospital bags-what to bring?

Hey ladies, I'm having my first in November and I'm 31 weeks along. I'm wanting to get a hospital bag together but wanted to see what people's advice was on things to bring. Thoughts?!

Toiletries(toothbrush, toothpaste, glasses, contact solution etc if you need, body wash, shampoo), loose fitting clothes for after, nursing bra, pads for bleeding, clothes for baby, charger for phone, diapers, pacifiers, some people take breast pump, all toiletries and clothes for SO, snacks for hubby, that's my start!

Sweats or comfy, loose clothes (elastic or drawstring waist pants).  Shower stuff, maybe basic make-up.  Camera, book/music, bring your own pillow with a distinctive pillow case. Robe and slippers. Lotion. A couple of baby outfits (bring newborn AND 0-3 months, just in case - my first didn't fit most NB clothes).  Journal.  Laptop.  Chargers for any of your electronics.

Anything you want during labor as well - essential oils, lotions, music playlist, Chapstick, water bottle, etc.

Good sanitary pad; extra long overnight, wing.
Sanitary panty.
1 Gal Ziplock bag: to put any documents/paperwork you'll get from the hospital ~ and also sandwich size ziplock for your ID's; insurance card, ID. It's easy to throw in there when done, and easy to pull out when needed. 
Small package of newborn diaper & wet wipes. 
Phone charger.
Comfy, easy to change PJ; something you don't mind getting your blood on or tossing away. 
Snack: dark chocolate, granola bars, nuts. 
Plastic bag to put used clothes.
Baby's going home attire: newborn size and 0-3mon size.
Your going home attire.
