There doesnt appear to be a clear delineation between pre-ovulatory temps and post-ovulatory, which means it's possible you havent O'd yet as far as I can tell. It's also possible with that drop in temp, then rise, that you O'd late, if you did in fact O.  But my gut is going with you haven't ovulated yet? It would be interesting to see what other ladies say. But if you ARE 14DPO, you can test.

It’s hard to interpret with so much variability. Bbt can be frustrating. Do you use opks? Those are super helpful for a lot of people.
