What is this?

I had a c-section February 1, 2019. About a week ago I went to the restroom and peed and had this come out. I know I didn’t pass this from my urine, has anyone else ever had anything like this happen? My at home nurse said it could be a piece of my placenta, I’ve been having mild cramps and I just stopped bleeding 2 weeks ago. But does anyone know anything or have any ideas of what this could be? I haven’t had anymore other than this.
