I'm on birth control and I never get brown discharge unless I just finish my period!idk what it is ! I had vaginal itchy a few days ago but that went away and I just have the discharge now!  Could this possibly be a yeast infection! It's not and std because I haven't had sex unless you can get an std from fingers ? I had anytime test and everything came back negative
