I filed for child support. Does anyone know how long it takes intill they serve him

The papers? Or how long it took u guys? And also to start getting payments thanks. This mother fucker hasnt gave me a dime in more than 5 ‘months! Yet he wines and dines girls, goes out partying, and always buying alcohol for girls and giving money instead of for his own kid he created.😕 doesnt even ask for or ever want to take his own baby. it breaks my heart i ended up with this guy!
