Weight loss suggestions...
I’ve reached that point where I’m uncomfortable in my skin. We’ve been ttc for 4 years. Our recent last IUI with meds, failed and I just want to take a break. I want to focus on losing weight. I’m going to try to follow weight watchers but does anyone have any suggestions for things I can do at home? Ones that you feel actually work? I’m not motivated and I’m hoping that once the weather is nicer, I can start walking.
Any suggestions, encouragement, tips.... would be really helpful. I’m tired of feeling this way and I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been. I’m 5’1 and 160 lbs and I’ve done it. Every pound is my own doing. I need to fix this. ☹️
