Recently got back in to working out, I was on bed rest throughout most of this last pregnancy. And my babys almost 7 months old, and I've started toning and running to try and lose the extra weight but like some areas I dont knows how to work out like the back fat rolls under my bra? How do I target muscles there🤷🏻‍♀️ what exercises or machines do I use lol. And my lower tummy and I have banana butt rolls. (The fat rolls under your butt cheeks) I'm trying not to worry to much about the scale cause I can get obsessive about the numbers and how high or rather not low it is so I just want to focus on getting tone and in shapenin general. So any advice is appreciated thank you 😊
