Ideal weight...
I've been in the gym lately only to tone my muscles not necessarily lose weight. Currently I am 200 lbs I sit abt 6'4 in height. Yes... I'm extemely tall for a girl 😊😊 I've looked everywhere for an ideal weight online but have yet to find one. Does anyone know what mine is?
