OPKs?

Ok, so starting the first of September I have been tracking my ovulation, until 3 days ago it had been definitely negative (no line on the test at all) now the last 3 days they have looked similar to this one taken 9/9/15. I know it is till technically negative, but last month my dr told me I hadn't been ovulating (no period since May until the end of August with progesterone pills). Just wondering if this is a sign that I may possibly ovulate this month?? Been trying for 8+ months now. And hoping this will be our month. Fertile week is supposed to start the 13th... So I'm praying this is a good sign.
