I started spotting last Wednesday, & things just started picking up last night. I went to ER because I was feeling light headed & was having bad cramps while losing A LOT of blood. I spent the night at the hospital, & things got better by morning. They monitored my blood, & let me go home after I was told my ultrasound results.

Is it normal for bleeding to be super heavy, then slow down, then get heavy again with bad cramps? It’s not as bad as last night, but I’m just confused because I thought it would’ve tapered off by now? How long did your bleeding last?
