I'm the opposite! Water (has to be cooold) is the one thing that helps me not me nauseous. It's to the point that if I don't constantly have some with me I get sick.

I love water. It staves off my nausea if it tries to creep up on me, like while brushing my teeth...

It did until I learned how to drink it the right way. Sounds weird I know. But I have been sick for all of my 11 week pregnancy. And when I say sick I mean not keeping food down losing weight kind of sick. But I finally figured out what worked with water so I could at least stay hydrated. For me cool not ice cold water worked. Also sipping it. Which most of us don't sip water. I mean like no more than like a quarter of a normal straw full at a time. I don't drink when I do manage to eat. Because it causes me to be nauseated. Also, when I'm going to go to bed I try and drink a little less so I don't feel like I have water coming up my esophagus. Also in the mornings I eat a few crackers first (only thing I can keep down consistently) before I even get out of bed.  Then I have a few sips of water and wait about 20 minutes before I even attempt to eat or drink anymore water. This is what worked for me. Also if it gets bad enough my doctor said mixing sports drink (not diet but the real ones) and water (1:3) is also an option if you can't keep anything down.

I couldn't drink water from week 5 til about two days ago and I'm 12w5d. It came back up within minutes EVERY TIME.
