So I missed two days of temping ... just kinda woke up and forgot 😐 should I keep temping , yesterday I got a positive OPK...

Absolutely keep temping. You havent gotten your confirmation of ovulation (you need 3 days if high temps to confirm)  Keep temping your whole cycle, and set a reminder in your phone if that will help. My handy little thermometer actually has an alarm built in, which is neat! But now that I've been temping for over 3 months, is second nature to wake up and grab my thermometer without even thinking. Here's from this morning.  I almost missed my positive opk yesterday if i wouldn't have tested 2 hours later!

That's so awesome,  my opks are officially negative today though , so does that mean i ovulated or I could still be about to  ???
