My breast are extremely swollen, feel like that are concert, they are warm to the touch and feel like they are going to explode. When I don’t have a bra on I want to cry wash them in the shower or rolling on them in my sleep. I am 2 days till my cycle is supposed to start and my breast have never. Felt like this. Any ideas ladies? Oh I have also been extremely emotional and feel like I have been pmsing for over a month straight.
