Could this be implantation bleeding

Christine • Sat, Sep 12 • TTC first child. Fighting my battle with PCOS! I`m 30 years old and married. We`ve been trying for 6 years.

I spotted last Tuesday for an hour then it stopped. On Friday I started spotting again but only for an hour. Same thing happened Saturday until today. The color was light pink until today now it's a light pinkish brown color. Could it be implantation bleeding? I had mild cramps today on my left side but only lasted about 20 mins.

Trying to find out what is going on and when should I test to see if I'm pregnant or not.

Please help me.
