Chemical pregnancy

I think I'm having a chemical pregnancy. Last Saturday I had implantation bleeding and on Tuesday I got a faint positive but every day since I've tested and the line is still super faint so I've given up all hope that this baby is gonna survive and I keep telling myself that I'm gonna lose this baby... I had a miscarriage in June at about 7 weeks and my heart can't take anymore of this. My heart hurts so much that I'm numb inside and so sad that I can't even cry anymore. No-one should ever have to go through this
