am i pregnant?

its been a month since the last time i had sex and im still having anxiety. im on birthcontrol but im on it for 3 months. i take it everyday at the same time. my boyfriend used a condom and we checked it before and after and it was fine. he didnt cum in me he pulled out and he said he didnt cum purposely for 1 or 2 days just for that day. I've been having on and off anxiety about being pregnant. I'm super depressed. im just now having light spotting and it smells (sorry)for 3 days. I've been having bloating and breast pain for over a month ontop of acne. would taking a test be a waste because i know that there's a 0.0000000001% chance of being pregnant but my anxiety is so bad i think the slightest stomach pain is pregnancy symptoms. please help me out. 😩
