BBT flatline

My BBT has flatlined......wondering if this has happened to anyone else. The 99.1 degree reading from Friday is a bit off since I was sick in the night. Has this ever happened to anyone else and still got a BFP? First cycle in clomid after ttc for 12 months following a MC.
