Spotting

My period was due 2 days go, but I spotted a pinkish color yesterday then nothing. Then this morning spotted a little more and so far nothing. I’ve only been spotting when I’m wiping. I took a test 3 days ago and came up Negative. I’m wondering if I should wait or test again?
