First month TTC

This is my first month TTC & I’m so new to this app! I used ovulation sticks & the glow app to track ovulation & they seemed to line up with the results I got from the clear blue kits so seems like we managed to catch my ovulation window just right. What are the chances of getting pregnant first cycle? I’ve been on no contraception for over 6 months now. I’m new to this app so anything & all comment would help & are welcome thank you! & good luck to you all too !!
