Help ovulation confusion

So I got a positive ovulation on the 16th and then ovulated the 17th I had cramps and such and then tempt so I’m pretty sure I did ovulate.. but then today I took an opk and it was positive. Any advice would be so much appreciated I’m so confused. Thanks everyone
