Whats happening?

May be a bit tmi but I checked my cervix earlier and it was really high and felt really soft and squishy and I've had loads of discharge to the point I have to change my pants and trousers as they get soaked wet through I've had loads of gas as well it's ridiculous it feels like I'm gonna start my period but on the other hand I feel like I'm not I'm also really nauseous I'm due on in 2 days has anyone had this and it turned out to be period or pregnancy I know I shouldn't compare symptoms but I'm at a loss
