Gained 30 pounds within a year

In about a year I’ve gained 30 pounds. And not in all the right places. The extra weight definitely shows on my face, back, arms, and stomach. Last year I weighed 118-120. Now I’m at 150ish. It’s no surprise that I’ve gained so much from lack of exercise, junk food, and work/school. And yes, these are poor excuses. Unfortunately, I noticed that I have a double chin that wasn’t there before, a couple rolls around stomach, and my butt. OMG the butt has gone flat and I have terrible hip dips. I don’t mind the weight I’ve gained but I do want to tone up and get rid of my double chin and slim down my stomach.

Tips for dieting, motivation, and butt workouts? Also at home workouts.
