Weight
I want to lose weight. today i weighed in at 402 pounds, ive eaten already today but thats no excuse. i want to be more comfortable in my skin and fit into clothes better. not be ashamed to look in the mirror. i got a gym membership today and im going to start going to the gym 3 times a week, then increase after im comfortable. my knees are constantly killing me and i get out of breath walking up a flight of stairs. im starting small. i want to lose 25 pounds and then i will keep pushing from then on. im so embarrassed that its gotten this far but it has, and i need to accept it. im going to lose weight.
