My ex and I agreed when he started his job before last that we would work around his schedule so that he would have our son on days he had off to see him more. And during a period when he was unemployed he was going back and forth a week here and a week there. Now my ex has another job and I have reinstated our son only going over on days off and I pick him up and keep him the days his father has to work. My ex seems to be under the assumption that he is to keep him a week at a time. There is no court agreement. Am I wrong for doing this? What would some of you do?
