Foot tattoo

I’m wanting to get a tattoo in this spot⬇️⬇️⬇️

I’ve heard that feet tattoos are one of the most painful and this would be my first tattoo so I’m not sure if it’s a good idea to get it there lol. The only other spot I want the tattoo is on my rib cage which is also one of the most painful spots so I don’t know! Anyone with tattoos in both places? Which one hurt more?
