I need some help..

So im 20 days late, having bad pain in my lower abdomen, like uterus, i get really bad waves of nausea and sometimes feel like i might pass out. I took a bunch of pregnancy tests and all came back negative. I have a dr appt on April 3rd, just not sure if i can wait that long. What should i do? Does this sound like anything familiar with anyone else?
