Im so confused!!

Glow says I'm fertile this week but every ovulation test I've took was negative other app says I was fertile first week of September so I would only be 5 days past ovulation.. .. So I took a PG test just cause ... What do u ladies think.. Please let me know I'm going nuts!! 😯
