Postpartum Weight Issues
Alright. I have been SUPER down on my self about my weight. I know, my body just did an amazing thing and I should cherish the extra lbs. But, I'm uncomfortable. I'm sick of wearing leggings and flowy tops to hide myself. I am a pretty athletic person. I ride and train horses and work out. I eat well. But I'm struggling! I have been told breastfeeding goes one of two ways. Either you burn calories and you lose the weight. OR your body hold on to everything and you maintain a bigger bod. How do I break this?!
I'm just interested to know the comparison of others.
Here are my weights.
PrePregnancy: 140lbs
9 months Preg: 188lbs
6 months PP: 190lbs 😭
I would like to get back to at least 150. I cant do what I do for a living and be this size :(
