Y’all. I need help.

I am currently 5 days late on my period and I tested yesterday right before work so after I took it and saw nothing I thought it was negative and ignored it but when I came back there was a second line. My problem with said second line is that 1.) I don’t know when it showed up and 2.) I don’t know if it has color to it. I have been having quite a few symptoms but it’s hard to decipher between period and early pregnancy. I’ve attached the photos of the test, if y’all could help me out, that’d be great.
