Iv been getting hot flashed the past 2 nights and my rooms been down to 68°

I get them a lot but its also really hot out here and I've had a stressful pregnancy, I tend to over heat easy right now

Hey love, are you on any meds? My girlfriend was having horrible hot flashes, I mean sweating all the time, and it was caused by a certain med she was on.

You're defiantly not the only one. I get them at night mostly. I usually drink some cold water and lay in front of a fan. In the beginning of this pregnancy I'd get them so bad I felt as if I was going to throw up and pass out. Thank god that went away. 😊
