Heart broken

I don't know what to expect anymore. Got my ultrasound today and they couldnt find anything. According to my LMP I am 6 weeks and 4 days pregnant. My levels are going up but nothing on the ultrasound. I been spotting for over a week now, no cramps. This is my first pregnancy. My husband and I were so excited and looking forward to this baby.....
