Hi Ladies, I was hoping to get some reassurance from some of you all. I have been aware that I have PCOS since high school, but haven’t payed much attention to it until my husband and I have been TTC for almost 2 years. I just got blood work back indicating my Testosterone levels both total and free were double normal range. Normal Total 30-75 and Normal Free 3.0. Mine are 142 Total and 6.1 Free. It has gotten me concerned and I want to take weight loss very serious. I need to loose approximately 60 lb. I was wondering is there anyone out there with this issue and these high of testosterone levels?
