I work full time as a Compliance Specialist for an educational management group. I have 3 daughters...ages 5,6 & 8. Only two of the girls are school age (my youngest just turned 5) and a newborn boy. Currently I’m on maternity leave with NO childcare options. I have 4 weeks until I go back & I’m torn! Really IS IT POSSIBLE 😭🤯🤯 the baby isn’t on a sleep schedule. My 5yr old isn’t in school or daycare. My two that are school aged would need transportation and after school care. My husband can cater his work schedule to start later in the mornings but his end time isn’t guaranteed. I work 8/4:30 but can adjust my shift...PLUS I don’t want to leave my job 😔Now I’m just like is it worth???!! We both are capable of generating enough pay on one salary to afford our living expenses however, we’d have to adjust our savings (who tf wants to cut down on saving) Childcare assistance is not an option 🥵🥵🥵🥵 my motherly instinct hates leaving the baby at 6 weeks for over 8hrs a day.
