Talk to an attorney immediately! They won’t turn you in and the consultation for the first time is usually free. He could hurt you and your son so do what you have to do to get you both out of that environment. Maybe talk to a local church if the first one don’t help go to the next. There is someone out there that will help you and your son.

I have no body and his anger issues are getting worse... I need to get us out of here but I’m in a very vulnerable situation, I came here from another country to form a family with this man and he never helped me to do it the right way so yeah I’m illegal now that my visa expired ( I now realized that this is how he controls everything I do) my family lives in my homeland and my hey don’t know anything about the current situation, I don’t want it to get to the point to where is late or where he has hurt us so bad that it will scarred my sons life...
Should I go to my countries embassy for help? I don’t mind if I get deported as long it is with my son... it’s so heartbreaking how people show their true colors and I don’t trust this man to take care of him, he scares him...
Please I need prayers so I can find a solution.
