13 dpo can cramps be something other than period?

I'm 13 dpo..I've had two pregnancy tests with vvfl but my period isn't due until Saturday. Can the cramps be pregnancy signs or just possible period? I can't get a blood test til Tuesday when I go see a Dr. Usually when I have period cramps they're completely around and worse in my low back... The ones today are only in the front.

That’s the sucky thing about the TWW, basically every symptom can go either way.  Haha.  Cramps are common in early pregnancy, but they’re also common around AF.  Sorry that’s not much help.  It’s just hard to say one way or another as it could totally be either.
