I was told  to lay my head flat on a pillow with me hips in the air (basically doggie position) so that the babies weight isn't being pressed downward with gravity... I also have a Lil one that's breech at 36 weeks hoping she turns around so I don't have tu have the doctors try...

I was encouraging baby to turn naturally, but doctor won't let me go past 39 weeks breech - C-section would be scheduled for then. Going in Thursday for version. Hopefully works or baby turns before 39w.

Mine is frank breeched at 35 weeks, I'm having a c section on Oct 12th.

Get an excersise ball/birthing ball no get bouncing also scrub floors on your hands and knees all meant to help xx
