Hi everymom, I’m about 6 weeks pregnant and I started to spot not cramping and when I went to my doctor she did an ultrasound and said whatever the bleeding is it is not affecting the fetus.. a few days go by and today I woke up with blood on my underwear and I am now wearing a period pad because I still feel like I’m bleeding and i am....I am not getting any cramps at all feel fine execpt that bleeding is worrying me to death it’s my first pregnancy and I just get so worried Can anyone help ?
