Plan b Side effects

I took a plan b four days ago could I just now be getting symptoms from the pill? I know it messes with your hormones and everything else. Last night my vagina was sooo itchy and it’s red, swollen and then today there was like a white discharge. I looked it up on google 😐 and if those are all signs of a yeast infection. I’ve taken plan B before and it’s never affected me
