Going off to college... should we go long-distance?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for about 5 months. He’s a junior, but I’m a senior getting ready to head 3 hours north. I thought we were on the same page with what to do but apparently not... I could use your advice!

I went off to college 2 hours away, and was there for a semester. I stayed with my boyfriend and now we’re going on 2 years! I ended up transferring closer to home for reasons not concerning him, but he was so supportive of me while I was gone, and having him as my support made college a lot easier for me! Everyone is different though, so I would just try it out and see if it works. If it doesn’t, then it’s not meant to be. Xo
